Fire breaks out at the dumping ground of private company in Greater Noida

As the company dumped flammable substances such as plastic waste in the open ground, the fire spread swiftly but as the fire control room was alerted without any delay, firefighters managed to control the fire before it could engulf the adjacent factory

Repeat of 2023: A day on, fire rages at Noida horticulture waste dumping yard

The fire started around 6pm on Monday and has engulfed an area roughly 1.5km wide and 2km long in Sector 32, GB Nagar fire chief said.
